Rude Consultant
African Bank consultant very rude to me on the phone towards repayment of their loan I arranged with them that they should deduct 500 every month from my acc this month they deducted 4000 and I reversed it I am not happy with the manner that the consultant spoke to me,as I tried to explain to her that I want to start repaying the loan after a 3months as I am excepting some money I will be paying half the loan amount but she didn't want to listen to me and dropped the phone on my ear.
