Rude collections call center agent.

Im tired if being harassed by collections department. Do you hire generally rude people. The call center agents are appauling and disrespectful. I made arrangements for payment but different people keeps on calling me asking for impossible things, they are inconsistent and harrassing. I might be owing u but that doesn't give u a reason to patronize me....I'll never advice anyone to ask for a loan or even deal with such a bank.
