Rude bank teller

<p>I had a very bad experience at African bank in Tramshed , I got a notification that my credit card was expiring and I had to go and fetch a new one , on the 31/08/2016 I went there , starting off I was waved closer with the hand by Rose Mahlo ., and greeted with “Yes” I stated what I had to do , she proceeded by telling ‘come back tomorrow “ I asked why , she said as today im going to pay for the card , as it only expire tomorrow , looking very irritated , I told her that I could only do this on this day , she threw the card back to me and said -you’ll pay , then she said , proof of residence , while holding her hand out , -I need to note -not ONCE did she address me as sir or even mr … -it is just you , then I had to scan my thumbs , she got very irritated when my thump did not want to scan correctly , when I asked her how must I hold my thump ? she said “just press it” , eventually when we were finished with this , we had to go to a office , were a very professional and friendly man was , but by that time I was so angry that I just did not say anything , is it ok for Rose Mahlo to treat your customer’s like this ? , her dismissive , unprofessional , rude attitude is very disturbing</p>
