Rude Agent

<p>One of your agents just called me now. I asked him why is he calling and he asked me to confirm either my id number or date of birth before he can say why and I gave him my date of birth. He then asked for my address. I asked him why is he calling me and he put the phone down! That is very rude! This person must be dealt with so that he can learn to treat your clients with respect</p>
