To Whom It May Concern<br> <br> Please urgently assist me as I am very concerned about my accounts: I am aware that I have fallen into arrears when my financial situation went really bad, but since October I have paid lump sums and tried to pay more than my normal premiums where possible. I cannot believe the full outstanding amounts on both accounts even after my payments. The original loan was R 25 000 and the credit card R 11 000. It doesn't feel so good having such large amounts outstanding after all payments made already.
