I am so dissapointed with African Bank, with the Covid-19, I received an sms from African Bank to take a payment break on my loan, because I we were unclear of the salary I took the break for May and June, I received another one this month and I called to take another break only to be informed that when you take a payment break African Bank increases your loan term with 3 months and not the 1 month break you requested. So for May and June breaks I will have to pay additional 6 months premiums on my loan. I am very confused so the interest for taking a break for a months is equivalent to 3 months premiums...
