Hi,<br> I've been trying to get answers re my loan repayments. Have been calling every and the call centre has been sending me from pilar to post. Last week was the last straw when the lady at the call centre told me to go back to where I app**** for a loan - that is Northgate and I'm in Cape Town.<br> Today, I decided to stop asking for the statement and request the settlement letter.<br> And this is what I received - Principal debt is R52390
