i took out a loan with African Bank last year and i pick up now that every time the amount of 485 is deducted the statement comes with more outstanding balance EG the last month statement was R1789 after the 485 deduction this month the statement state that my outstanding balance is R1439 of which when you minus R485 from R1789 =1304 there is R135 that is added every month

can somebody explain to me what this R135 is for or I will take this to the bank Ombudsman because this is a total *******
