Ridiculous Interest

I have been paying my 2 accounts on time, every month, without skipping it, for almost 4 years now. In December 2014 I could not pay the installment. I have contacted African bank and asked to please either take a double debit or to extend my agreement with an extra month. A double deduction was done and I had to reverse the arrears payment again due to cash flow. (I wanted this agreement extended)<br> <br> I now see that I have been charged a horrific ridiculous amount of interest after I phoned to explain my situation and asked for help. I request that you extend my agreement with one month on and write off this crazy, laughing matter you call - \interest"that you are charging or I will point blank refuse to make ANY other payments on either accounts.<br> <br> Awaiting your solution or I am stopping any further debits owed on this account and taking this issue as far as Carte Blanche AND other Social media.
