Ridiculous fees and never ending fees

I have 3 accounts with african bank which 1 was handed over to their attorneys which is Combe and I settled it.meaning I now have 2 accounts left 1 being a credit card and the other is a loan account... Firstly before I get to the ridiculous interest I received a phone call from a guy who claims to be working at African bank but has no details of me but my name and surname and asking wen will I settle the other accounts calling with a cellphone number ‭(062) ********** ‬.i did not understand what he wanted and what is he doing with my accounts. Till today am still being called about an account I settled in early December with their lawyers.every month the is a consultant that calls and says than you for payment and how will pay month end etc informing u how much u owe. On my previous statement my balance was 19200 and I payed 1500 and am told I now owe 20655 I dnt knw how wen I have paid a full monthly and more for my arrears...every time you spk to different consultants n you have to explain yourself again and again.
