Ridiculous

I spoke to an African Bank consultant. Gave clear instruction of when they should debit my account. I checked my bank account and they debited me. How the hell does this work? You tell them to do one thing and they confirm on a recorded line and then they debit you weeks before the agreed date. Stop taking my money when you feel like it!!!!!!!!!!
