Ridiculous Arrears and interest

This bank if you want day light ******* am furious how dare you guys do this. The loan my family member took it has now double because of interest, even they opted for debt review you're still adding monthly arrears. Please don't use this **** of a bank. Now the loan has doubled and mind you they using a good debt review company.
