ridicolous interest being charged at african bank
I took out a personal loan with African bank a year ago of R7000, A YEAR LATER I'm getting sms informing me that I owe just over R6000. I don't understand how is it possible to be paying for a year yet the debt doesn't decrease, I have paid just over R5000 on my loan yet I'm still owing so much. why is that the loan balance doesn't decrease. how is African bank calculating interest???? As far as I know my balance should be so low that I can settle it anytime but its impossible to do so when I keep on getting sms with a ridiculous outstanding balance.
