Good day african bank How is it everytime i reedem my voucher i have to call for my unique code?? Not once, not twice so many time! All you guys say is that you will investigate or send the reward team the message. This is annoying really!!!

02 Apr 2022, 10:37This is unprofessional honestly! First off all your client services is very rude and they don't know what they are doing. Secondly one has to call so many times to let you know that you did not send the y_code after redeeming..if you can no longer give the rewards services just let your clients know because your services are very bad!!!!!!
