Reviews Never Lie!!!
They don’t believe in creating opportunities for black customers, especially young individuals and they are there to derail their lives; helping them to achieve even greater liabilities and debt over years to come in they desperation for credit supporting them to keep paying and paying for years to come with systematic debit check– through bad to worse and finding it hard to get out of a situation. I regret even stepping into they branch. What trap I fell into.

19 Oct 2022, 11:44I went to your branch recently I app**** for a loan and I was approved for R12000.00 loan is gave in my 6 months bank statements, payslips and identity document. And everything was submitted and signed off I got my contract by email and also did a systematic debi-check for the initially installment I have to pay back for the loan for the next 36 months. I was happy and told that the money will be paid in the next 36 to 48 hours I then waited and waited the next thing nothing was coming forth I then went back to the branch and the consultant check on the system the status of my loan and everything was in order and told me that it would pay at anytime cause as she can see on the system it's on its last process of the application. The next month when I woke up expecting to receive an sms from the bank notifying me that the money was in I get am sms from African bank saying that my credit application was unsuccessful. How can that be the reason saying you guys couldn't confirm employment where else I gave you guys my payslips with all the contact details details for my employer. So I don't know how they can't confirm my employment where else I have been working here for more then 10 years and my money has paid for years and years into my bank account. I have been with African bank for number of years now and you guys have never help me with anything ever since I have been with guys!!! I gave you all the documents that you needed. So now I don't know what other supporting documents you would need from me going forth. So that's why I am so frustrated and disappointed in your systematic principles and programs that you have in place. And just have a look at your daily reviews every day people are not happy at all with your services there's not even one positive review about African bank. What do you call that???
