Retrenchment insurance claim

As from the beginning of this month I am getting calls from african bank regarding my arrears of which I am now aware by haert how much is it,thanks to every day 7am call. The scenario is this here I recently got retrenched and followed the procedure in terms of informing african bank about my retrenchment, it came to my suprise that the claim was declined under unforeseen circumstances. In this point and time one will recquire some clarity based on the above attached email of which all structures involved will have a say.who is fooling who here,Zestlife have the information at hand that they were not given to me butthem they only came foward with it for me to confirm and jump on board,as convincing as it I did fall for it only to be informed that african bank refused to release the neccesarily documents. (The above attach email says it loud) I went to african bank not to Zestlife for the Loan,my information was safe with African bank some where along the lines they took that info and spared it around without my consent that is for starters after then they refused to do the right thing, now I am stuck no one is willing to help except the different consultant who are being sent so come on my case without listening to what is transparing with this, can someone from african bank explain this to me,On who's consent were my details given away? 2Who issued out the transferring letter from one insure to another 3 why I was I not informed about this,if it did happen if you guys call or email me regarding my arrears, surely u would have done same with the letter stating that I have been move Zestlife,if this procedure's or paper trail approving that is not available from your side than I smell a dead rat and most of all a foul play that is meant to be known to all customers who are lucky to experience this.honestly there was was the breach of trust from the word go but know I am vindicated by somthing that is not my mistake, that is not fair
