Requested balance on the 21st, no response
The worst bank to deal with, no communication. I sent an e-mail requesting my balance outstanding still waiting from the 21st. I hope that someone will contact me. Funny only when a complaint is posted on HP then you get 10 people calling you. Is this what customer service is about?
