Request to close my account, send me paid up letter and update ITC record

My loan account was handed over to Groenewald attorneys so I then paid up my account on the 10th of May 2022, the attorneys send African Bank proof that the account has been paid up but to date I received close to 15 calls from African Bank Collections department. I then spoke to Mbali Moloi, email address ***, I send her the letter from Groenewald attorneys and she promised that she forwarded my email to her supervisor. Today is the last day of May I am still receiving many calls a day. 1. Can the account be closed 2. Can I get paid up letter 3. Can the collections agent stop calling me 4. Can you update my ITC record. That's the 4 things I am asking since Mbali keeps on saying she referred to the supervisor but no one ever bother to call me. Maybe the supervisor is too busy!
