Request not attended properly

i called last week Friday requesting copies of my initial credit agreement with African bank for both my accounts .I was told to wait 48 hours it would be sorted out .when I checked my emails I was shocked to se that after all that waiting they've sent me only my loan agreement .when I called I was told that .I would have to wait another 48 hours for my credit card agreement ....how is that fair <br> never mind that I cannot even print the one they've sent to me because of the format ..<br> thanks African bank
