Request for paid up letter

Account Number *** account handed over to Groenewald Attorneys, account paid up the 10th of May 2022. African Bank said they only receive proof of payment batch from Groenewald Attorneys once a month on the 12th of every month. I send a reminder requesting paid up letter the 13th June since the 12th was a Sunday with no response to date. I send a reminder today the 15th no response but I can see someone has read the email. From African Bank I was dealing with Masego who deals with social media complaints, Groenewald Attorneys I was dealing with Baranda Ever. No response from anyone, I need paid up letter that's all I am asking for. Thank you
