Repo Rate has no effect on loan repayment at African Bank

I have noted on 2 or 3 occasion lately that the Repo rate has gone down. i may have let the .025 basis point slide and not taken much interest, lately i see it's gone down by a full point. i contacted the CS for African Bank and was told my load was a fixed term and will not be going down with the recent reprieve given by Leseja Kganyago the Governor of the Reserve Bank of SA. This is exploitation of the working class.
