Repayment of credit card

<p>My credit card is in arrears, I have been trying contact African Bank for three months to get banking details that I can transfer money. When I filled in the forms, African Bank made a mistake, putting 8 B as the street number. They have my ID number, my cell phone number, street address, but with 8B instead of 8, same street. Now i am not the same person and I can not transfer the money because they refuse to give me the banking details. I want to pay them, I just need banking details. I think it is the worst service. A lady with the name Bianca helped me and then call her supervisor. I think it is pathetic, that is the reason why African Bank won't survive.</p>
