Remove Prescribed Debt

Good day,

I am having an issue with African Bank i had a loan opened in 2011 and 2020 i was retrenched i told them that i was no longer working but they kept on deducting money from my account and no funds were available.I called Trans Union yesterday i was told that i did a payment in January 2023 which i never had no arrangements made because i was unemployment account was never paid always on a minus until the bank close the accoun***** more than 3 years its old debt and prescribed.Went to the banking that i am banking with to check if the was any payment made in January 2023 and they confirmed that African bank tried deducting and no funds were available shows reversals due to no funds Can this account be removed from my credit profile immediately.
