Removal of credit information

Debt that has prescribed is still on my credit report. And also the adverse listing is due to be removed. Why haven’t you removed this information from my credit report? I am protected by Law, the NCA, Section 126B. This debt has already a written off status so why can’t you remove it from my credit report?
