Rejected because bank statement does not state salary, Only company name!!

I app**** for a loan on Monday and followed up today as I had not received any feedback to be informed that my application was unsuccessful, due to my bank statement not stating Salary, but the company's name. This is the reference my company has used for the past 5 years and they are not going to change it because African Bank cannot use there common sense. The payslip and the bank statement correspond. The company name reflects on the bank statement. Then i am advised to call customer service for assistance and 2 hours later and after speaking to more than 7 people, being put on hold and continuously transferred, no one could still assist me.
