rejected application with no reason

good day.

I need help with my loan application everything was done but outcome rejected with no explanation.

the agent tried to explain that they could not get hold of me, the whole week they have been calling me and I kept on providing the new number, I was even send an email for my new number so that excuse of we can not get hold of you was nonsense
