Regret returning

I received a credit card from African Bank. I only used the card for one day. The next day when I tried to use the card, it was blocked. When I called to find out the reasons, I was told it was due to FICA. Then the FICA issue was resolved. However my card is still not working. Terrible experience. I regret returning to African Bank as a client. Even the consultants that I called were not entirely helpful. I would not recommend African Bank to a a family member or friend. Thanks. Nie meet Nie.
