Registered *****ulent claim

Please assist, i was on debt restructuring since 2016 which ended in 2020 and i received all the paid up letters and i was advised to wait for 6months before I can apply for anything. I waited and after 6months late in 2020 i app**** for a bond house it was approved meaning all my outstanding debt was cleared and i was now debt free. I moved in November 2021. On the 4th of July 2023 I was checking my credit score and i discovered that African Bank registered a new *****ulent claim in April 2023 claiming i am under debt restructuring with a red tape yet i dont have a loan with them and I don't owe them anything as i have paid all my outstanding debt and received a payed up letter from them which I still have. I tried contacting them but I am not getting any assistance instead I am being sent from pillar to post. Please assist as they are denting my credit profile. Your swift response will be highly appreciated.
