Refusing to pay credit insurance!

African Bank credit insurance now rejecting insurance claims saying that a person is earning more and therefore cannot claim - even though the same claim amount was paid for in September 2020. Nothing in the agreement stating that there is an amount that you need to be losing - just proof that your are on short time.

Changing the terms and conditions mid agreement!
