Refused to restructure

I was on debt review from December 2016 and my African bank card was part of that process. I realized from other creditors terminating from the process that my counselor was not paying them or was paying less. As a result of this, I have withdrawn from debt review and I'm requesting African bank to restructure my credit card payments (I don't have a problem with the initial/contractual installment) however would like you to start my repayment from a clean slate as if it's a new credit card. I tried to reason with your call center agents without any luck. By starting from scratch will help me in improving my credit record. Your help in this regard will be highly appreciated and welcomed.
