refused discount on settlement

<p>Good day. I have two accounts with african bank that is in arrears and the interest on the account is more than what i have borrowed from them. I have made an offer on both the accounts to settle them but african bank refused my offers and told me that i cannot qualify for discount on the accounts. This is unacceptable seing taht i want to aettle my debt with them. </p>
