Refusal to remove the judgement on my name on ITC.

<p>I had a loan with African Bank. I struggled to pay the loan and they put a judgment against my name on ITC. On the 1st of June 2016 I contacted them so that I can settle the loan and so that the judgement can be removed on the ITC against my name.They then referred me to the laywers that they appointed to handle my account.I then contacted the lawyers and asked the settlement amount and they told me to pay R 9318.00 as the settlement amount.I then paid the settlement amount and sent the proof of payment to the lawyers. On the 3rd of June 2016, the lawyers sent the letter confirming that my account has been paid and settled. I then fowarded the proof of payment and the letter to African Bank so that the judgement can be removed on ITC against my name. To my surprise it has been a month and the judgement hasnt been removed and I want to apply for a homeloan so that I can buy a house as I am tired of paying rent. All the companies that I was owing have updated and confirmed that I paid them only African Bank hasnt removed the judgment and it is delaying the process of me buying a house and it is affecting my namne negatively. I have the valid proof that I paid now I am suffering and I dont know why.It is really frustrating.</p> <p> </p>
