refund request
hi my name is Thulani Hlophe my complain about this company is that on the 18th of December I made an arrangement with an African bank consultant, to my suprise as i got paid this month i saw that african bank has taken the full installment amount instead of the arranged amount of R2950.00, I asked for a refund and the recording of the arrangement i haven't got that as yet and I just did a follow up this morning requesting the same thing. can they please help me on this matter as I cannot do some of the things as they have taken such an amount in my account.
