Refund ref ***
I logged refund on the 6th ref *** I was asked to email my I'd and statement to ***,I did three times,getting auto confirming that docs received but never refunded,I hate this when I call *** daily they ask me to resend,I am fed up,if you do not refubd,I will Reeves it as it was not agreed date. Sort this out.
