REFUND ME
If there was a zero star or maybe minus star I would have rather selected that option instead of a one star.
I had a amount debited from my account, after numerous attempts of me following up with the bank, contacting them, they still have no answer or been able to assist with a refund.
I contacted them as soon as it happened which was 3 months ago, by the way and still this issue hasn't been resolved.

29 Dec 2022, 10:08Disappointed with the service, also haven't been getting my monthly messages to collect free airtime or electricity, so it's just taken it's toll, unfortunately, also reported this and I was given a explanation which didn't make sense. I will be closing my bank account with your company.
