Refund and Letter Confirming Account Closed

<p>I paid off my accounts on June 06 2017. In error I paid about R 1 600 more. I then called requesting that you please refund me and email me a letter confirming that the account is closed. To this day both have not been done. About two weeks later I am calling to find out what happened only to be told that nothing was done. I was told that I will get an SMS with a reference number. There is no time frame as to when I'll get my refund. </p> <p> </p> <p>Being patient as I have been, I get an SMS with reference number ********** asking that I email proof of payment. I really do take offence to this. You can see that I overpaid, you confirm the amount to me but you still asking me for proof of payment. This is aftet you've made me wait this long.</p> <p> </p> <p>You have not also sent me letters confirming that both accounts (credit and personal loan) are closed. </p> <p> </p> <p>I honestly think that you're abusing both my understanding and patience.
