Refund

Good day<br> <br> I believe African bank took advantage out of my retrenchment ordeal.<br> I app**** for insurance claims from the insurance I have been paying for years since I took up a loan and credit card I had with them, i submitted all the documents they required and they promised to pay for a year, I later catches in on my severance package and paid off out of uninformed decision.<br> I want them to pay back my money as the money was paid by mysel and the insurance i believe and they are ignoring my emails.
