I called African bank. First person to answer was Nokulunga who transfere my call to Elizabeth very rude, very unprofessional person.. she firstly sounded distracted. She is full of range and 😠 anger. Without further explanation she transfered my call back to customer service. What kind of a jungle are you running?.
