Receiving harassing phone calls

<p>I am receiving phone calls from these people on a weekly basis to collect payment from a woman that I have never heard of. I have repeatedly told them that the number they are phoning is not her number and yet they keep phoning me.</p> <p> </p> <p>If I am to receive another phone call from these people, then I am going to take legal action against them for harassment and report them to the ombudsman for debt collection. If they cannot track down the client then it is not my concern, they must find another avenue of collecting their debt. I was polite in the beginning, but apparently the call centre people at African Bank cannot use their computer system properly to change a flag on a record or type a note.</p> <p> </p> <p>Find another way of getting hold of Mrs Manhike, because i don't know who this god damn person is!</p>
