Really good Customer Service

Tshepi Molefe was such a big help today, she made it very convenient for me to do a loan application over the telephone, she called me back promptly and her service was really fast. I did not expect this from a bank - since the service I get from banks usually is terrible. She gave me all the information I needed (and then some!) She was friendly and very professional.. it's such a breath of fresh air when you actually receive a really good customer experience.
