REALLY BAD AFTER SALES SERVICE
I have a loan that was approved by African Bank. The details state that the first debit order goes off end April but it went off end March. They have messed my finances completely and I have no joy in getting it reversed. The sales person gave excellent service but now nothing. I am so disappointed in the service I am receiving.
