Horrible experience from African bank (Fourways), so I went to African bank for a loan did the whole application and was even advised to authenticate my bank card as everything is ok and my loan has been approved, I was also given TAT of when to expect the money in my account to my horror the following day after a whole 24hrs I was called and asked to come to the afrikan bank branch as there is 1 paper I needed to sign and that time I was at work which was inconveniencing me but I made an arrangement to leave early and this is an unpaid time to go through to the branch because I didn't mind my loan was approved after all, I got to the bank the lady right there and then tells me that loan has been rejected.how can you play with my emotions like that,not only did I waste petrol money to return to the branch but I put my job online and also will not be paid for the day due to African bank and its uncompetants. Do not ever apply for loan there as you would be given false hope,emotional stress,basically they do not care about people so rather go to a more convenient bank that won't tell you they approved your loan then overturn that in 24hrs
