R500 deposit missing

This follows my complained regarding Lotto Star.

I deposited R500 into my lottostar account on 15 December 2022 at 01:20. The money went off my account, but was not credited to my lottostar account. On 15 December 2022 i contacted african bank regarding the issue. They first akses me "what must we do", then i explain to them again, and later i was told that i will receive feedback within two hours regarding my complain. Its been two full days and i still havent received the money, nor have i received any feedback regarding my complian.

As mentioned in my lottostar complaint. I will start the suing proccess on 19 December 2022. I will sue both african bank and lottostar, and it will be for well over R500
