R13 000 areas

I have been receiving sms since lockdown started to log insurance claims which i have done so accordingly. I am now on 13 000 areas which i can not tell how it happen since i have been submitting all requested documents as requested. i get calls from *********** consultants that does not know what it mince when a client give a specific time to be contacted.5 consultants keeps calling and when i ask to be contacted at 12:00pm since this is the only time i am able to take calls they never bother to call back. I have sent more that enough emails to insurance claim department with all needed documents and letter from my employer but was just ignored. This issue ****ed up my ITC. Sort this shirt out please
