R1260 interest

The worst experience ever highly disappointed and angry at this Bank. Finally got to pay up my loan and I get charged R1260 settlement interst, when I query it I get told I'll get a response in 72hours. Change your slogans to 'Trust is limited,just like our services to our customers'. Had to pay a difference of R778 just so I can get a zero balance, shockingly I will only get a paid up letter in 7days. That's such an 'outstanding' service, quick to over charge on interest yet reluctant to issue a paid up letter. I doubt I'll even get a refund because R1260 is just ridiculous, the worst ever service
