QUICK TO LIST BUT NOT INTERESTED IN CLEARING UP

My husband had an account with African Bank. They sent the account to Norman Bussett. The account was settled on the 24th June 2019 and his name is still listed on ITC. They've been promising to remove the account from ITC but nothing has been done yet.
