Quick to approve loans but disbur*****t is always an issue

<p>I went to apply for a loan with African Bank on 6th September 2016 and was approved the same day but I was told that their Credit Department sent it back to be recaptured and the loan agreement was only approved and only recaptured on FRIDAY 9th September 2016 and was told that I would receive the funds the following day.....but guess what?! NOTHING!!! The branch employees won't assist you if they did not assist you in getting loan themselves so now I'm stuck because I need to register for school and the closing date is coming up and African Bank Credit Department still hasn't disbursed any funds because the branch employee assisted me effectively but the delay is always with their Credit department and we cannot contact then directly and they always get away with such things and no one can help us....the service us being dragged down by their Credit Department's incompetence and lack of urgency for clients</p>
