Quick refund

<p>after getting in some trouble with paying back my loan. I was handed over to GLA. I made payment arrangements with them and settled my account. Still GLA debited my account with an installment. I phoned african bank this morning. requesting a refund as my account shows a credit with them now. The gentleman explained that he needed a bankstatement. I gave hime permision to request one. He said the refund will be done in 3 days. I have just received my refund. Its been less than a day. A very big thanks to the guys and girls at African bank. I have yet to receive such quick and friendly service. </p>
