Questioning procedures

I know I am in arrears with my loan. last week I received a call from a guy who said he worked from African bank and wanted to come and get me to sign some documents for making arrangements to pay my loan. on Monday this week a lady from Debt Collectors called saying the same thing and she mentioned that my file was delivered to their offices by African Bank. So I agreed to meet with her tomorrow.<br> Today the same guy from last week calls me and says I should rather meet with him than the lady from Debt Collectors. <br> I'm really confused now and to be honest a bit sceptical about these arrangements I have to sign for because I normally get a call from African bank and I make my own arrangements.
