Query

If there was an option for zero stars, I was going to use it. Customers are not taken care of. I have a query the staff at the branch said they cannot help and referred me to the customer service line I called hundred times ringing non stop. I emailed every email address I could find with no luck. I spoke with the robot "Karabo" that is so not helpful to me and the agents are forever busy.
